Once again, I did a few things differently:
Font Size: 36
First Brush: 3px, Spacing 90%
Second Brush: 2px, Scatter 450%
Third Brush: Spacing 150%
Drop Shadow Color: #89dcfe, Spread 20%
Outer Glow Color: #7598c0, Noise 5%
Gradient Foreground Color: #77a3b3
Gradient Background Color: #051d3b
